Reformer Levels

At Transformation Pilates our classes promote core stability, postural alignment and endurance. Reformer Pilates is amazing for athletic training, rehabilitation and physical transformation.


The studio offers a weekly schedule of classes for every level; whether you're a beginner, want to dial up the intensity or take a more relaxed approach, we’ve got a class for you


Reform is the perfect class for anyone new to Reformer Pilates who is seeking a slower pace class with a high description on form. You'll get a machine overview and a clear understanding of the fundamental exercises. We pay specific attention to body positioning and transitions, helping you to achieve the Pilates form.


Our signature class is suitable for all levels diving in to the heart and soul of Reformer. Expect weekly classical repertoire exercises that you can learn to perfect, combined with contemporary movements for exploration. Different options will be given to cater for clients who have transitioned from Reform, and also those looking to Elevate.


Honing in on some advanced repertoire exercises while moving at a quicker pace. Expect more variety and movement on all planes of motion with a range of different set-ups.  A dynamic class for a client who has technical capability, exisitng flexibility and core strength



A dynamic hybrid class fusing Strength Training and Reformer Pilates in an energising bootcamp format. Think lunges, squats, planks with this low impact high intensity class. Not for the faint hearted the exercises are intense, functional and work the body as a whole. A real calorie burner!


Whether you desire to take your practice to the next level or have a particular injury that requires personalised attention, private sessions are a fruitful choice. With the teachers undivided attention you're able to gain a much better technique with faster progression and results
